What is it?
What even is age regression?
Age regression is a safe state of mind that people use to either cope with trauma or day to day life. It is a mindset in which you revert back to a younger child, sometimes even an infant. This may result in some interesting behaviours such as acting like a child using pacifiers etc... As stated before age regression is not sexual and should not be treated as such.

Common Knowledge / Terms
Agere: a shortened version of "age regression"
Caregiver: someone who looks after a (or multiple) littles, this can be platonic or romantic but it is never sexual.
Little: a little is another term for someone who is in a regressed mindset.
Little space: little space is a term for a regressed headspace.
Voluntary regression: the person can decide when they want to regress.
Involuntary regression: the person cannot decide when to regressed, usually happens when triggered / upset.
Little speak: little speak is the term for little's typing quirks, which need to be respected. Do not mock little speak.

Little Speak
Little speak, as stated before, is a term for littles typing quirks. Here is a really good and informational carrd about typing quirks and how they work <click here>. For those that do not wish to read it, a quick sum up is that typing quirks are mainly used by neurodivergent and systems as well as littles, they cannot be controlled and are used to feel more comfortable.
Little speak comes is varies in how its typed though, here are some common things that little speak includes:
W = R or L unless in the middle of a word like "dwo" (do)
D or F = th i.e da fing (the thing)
Wu, yew, chu, oou = you
remember that not all little speak is the same this is just so commonalities among little speak
